CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly request that you reschedule or cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.

In-Studio Appointments
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the appointment total. Cancellations made within 3 hours of the scheduled appointment, as well as no-call/no-show appointments, are subject to a fee equal to 100% of the appointment total.

Mobile Spray Tan Appointments
Because mobile appointments require extended time for travel, setup, and service, cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to a fee equal to 100% of the appointment total.
