Attachment to Natural Lashes: Lash extensions are applied individually to existing natural lashes. They are bonded with a semi-permanent adhesive. Since natural lashes go through their life cycle, lash extensions may shed along with the natural lash they are attached to.
Shedding of Lash Extensions: As natural lashes complete their life cycle, they naturally shed. This shedding process is part of the normal growth cycle, and it's expected that lash extensions will fall out along with the natural lashes to which they are attached.
Maintenance and Fills: To maintain a full and luscious look, individuals often opt for regular fills or touch-ups. During these appointments, new lash extensions are applied to replace the ones that have naturally shed with the fallen natural lashes.
