LASH EXTENSIONS PRE-CARE

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

1. Arrive with completely clean lashes and eye area. Remove mascara, eyeliner, eye shadow, strip-lash adhesive, oils, creams, and makeup before your appointment.

2. Avoid oil-based products around the eyes for at least 24 hours before your service, as residue can interfere with lash-extension retention. 

3. If you wear contact lenses, bring your case and be prepared to remove them before the service for comfort.

4. Avoid curling your natural lashes on the day of your appointment.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW

5. Please allow the full scheduled appointment time. Lash extensions require you to remain comfortably reclined with your eyes closed.

6. Tell your lash artist before the service about known eye sensitivities, allergies, recent eye irritation/infection, recent eye procedures, or previous reactions to lash adhesives.

7. If your eyes are actively irritated, infected, swollen, or unusually sensitive, contact True Tan before arriving so we can determine whether your appointment should be rescheduled.
