BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

  1. Arrive with clean lashes and no mascara, eyeliner, eye shadow, oils, creams, or makeup around the eye area.

  2. Avoid waterproof mascara and heavy/oily eye products for 24–48 hours before the appointment when possible, since residue can be difficult to remove completely.

  3. Do not use an eyelash curler on the day of your service.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW

4. If you wear contact lenses, bring your case and be prepared to remove them during the treatment.

5. Tell your technician about eye sensitivities, allergies, recent irritation/infection, previous reactions to tint or lifting products, or recent eye procedures.

6. If your eyes are actively irritated, infected, swollen, or unusually sensitive, contact True Tan before your appointment.
